A teenage boy is being questioned over the alleged assault of a man in Southport.
A 35-year-old man was allegedly punched at the intersection of Scarborough St and Nerang St at around 7.20pm on Sunday night.
The man has then fallen and hit the pavement.
He was taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital.
A 14-year-old boy was located a short time later and is assisting Police with inquiries.
Investigations are continuing.
