A man is fighting for his life in hospital this morning following a nasty crash in Labrador.
According to police, the 45-year-old lost control of his Nissan Dualis along Kumbari Avenue around 8pm on Thursday.
The vehicle allegedly hit a curb before slamming into a parked ute.
The driver and sole occupant of the car, a 45-year-old man, was treated at the scene by paramedics.
A Queensland Ambulance spokesperson confirmed he was then rushed to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a “life-threatening condition”.
Investigations into the crash are now underway.
