A man has been rushed to hospital with significant burns after a gas bottle exploded at a property on the Gold Coast this morning.
Emergency Services were called to the home in Pacific Pines around 11.15am and treated the man with burns to his face.
He has been transported to Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
It is not yet known what caused the gas cylinder to ignite.
