A nasty two-car crash in Logan has left a man fighting for his life in hospital.
A Chrysler station wagon was travelling along New Beith Road around 9pm on Sunday, when it collided head-on with a Dodge Ram ute travelling in the opposite direction.
The Chrysler driver, a 45-year-old Silkstone man, suffered serious injuries.
He was rushed to hospital, where he remains in a critical condition.
The driver of the Dodge, a 56-year-old Springfield Lakes man, and a young male passenger managed to escape with minor injuries.
Police have launched an investigation into the crash and are appealing for witnesses, or anyone with information, to come forward.
