A man is fighting for life after falling from a balcony at a home on the Gold Coast.
Emergency services were called to the residence at Mermaid Beach at around 6am on Monday morning.
The man in his 60s is being treated on the scene by paramedics.
Queensland Ambulance reports the man is suffering significant head injuries and is in a critical condition.
