A man is being questioned by police after allegedly causing a ruckus at a number of businesses on the Gold Coast.
The 39-year-old is accused of causing disturbances at several businesses around the Mermaid Beach area around 7pm on Monday.
The local Dominos and Liquorland stores were among those caught up in the chaos.
The man allegedly fled the scene in a suspected stolen car, but was eventually arrested in Palm Beach after stopping not far from the police station.
Investigations are ongoing, with charges expected to be laid this morning.
