A massive truck rollover is causing nightmare delays for northbound motorists on the M1 this afternoon.
A cement truck tipped its load along the exit 60 off-ramp in Helensvale at 3pm.
Both lanes are blocked and will be closed entirely to motorists for at least a few hours.
Police are urging drivers to avoid the area and seek an alternate route.
Motorists are advised that both northbound lanes of the Pacific Motorway off-ramp at Oxenford (Exit 60) are blocked, following a truck roll-over just before 3pm.

The truck driver has been taken to Godl Coast Uni Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
Fire crews are working to clear the mess with hour-long delays expected.
