Several fire crews have battled an early-morning blaze at a home in Robina.
The fire broke out at the Yarravile Street property just after 3am Thursday morning, with five people inside at the time.
They all managed to escape without injury.
The fire started in a bedroom towards the back of the home before spreading to a second.
The two rooms were fully engulfed by the time fire crews arrived, and the roof had caved in.
Five fire crews worked for around 2 hours to fully extinguish the flames.
The home is under police guard as an investigation commences into what sparked the blaze.
Police do not believe it is suspicious at this stage.
