Dust off your cowboy boots Gold Coasters, because one of Australia’s favourite country music festivals returns to our shores this October with a stack of incredible artists.
Organisers of the much-loved event have today unveiled the second wave of country music stars set to rock the stages in Broadbeach from October 18 to 20.
Joining artists like Australia’s Kasey Chambers, American Jim Lauderdale and Canada’s Tim Hicks, will be multi ARIA award winner Adam Brand, the sensational Jess Moskaluke and new country convert and Killing Heidi star Ella Hooper performing the Linda Ronstadt Show.
A stalwart of the Australian country music scene, Adam Brand says he can’t wait to take centre stage at one of his favourite events on the calendar.
“There’s nothing like Groundwater!” Brand said.
“It’s something pretty unique to be blasting out country music in the middle of the holiday strip right on the beach… oh and did I mention it’s totally free?! Does it get any better?”
Also joining the second lineup are Australian bluegrass duo the Davidson Brothers, Melanie Dyer, Abbie Ferris, Route 33, Col Finley, Will Day, Open Season Band and Matt Ward, just to name a few!
