A teenage boy has been charged after allegedly stealing two cars on the Gold Coast.
The 15-year-old is also facing an offence of posting his alleged unlawful antics to social media.
The first car was nabbed from Swan Road in Pimpama on August 13, before being found dumped in Oxenford a week later.
Another vehicle was stolen from Crestridge Crescent in Oxenford on the night of August 26.
This car was located around the corner two days later.
Police located a 15-year-old Oxenford boy a short distance away following investigations.
He was taken into custody and charged with two counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and published material on a social media platform.
The teen will face Southport Children’s Court today.
