A holiday park in Nobby Beach has had to be evacuated this morning after a caravan erupted into flames.

The blaze broke out at the Nobby Beach Holiday Village along the Gold Coast Highway around 8.30am on Wedensday.

A Queensland Fire and Emergency Service spokesperson said holiday-makers had to be evacuated before crews were able to bring the blaze under control.

It’s understood everyone has been accounted for, with no injuries reported.

Crews remain at the park working to dampen down the scene.

It’s not yet known what sparked the blaze, with investigations ongoing.
