Four people have been hospitalised as a result of separate crashes on the Gold Coast overnight.
Paramedics were first called to a two car crash in Mermaid Waters around 10.00 pm.
It happened at the intersection of Oceanic Drive and Sunshine Boulevard.
Three people were assessed at the scene for minor injuries before being taken to hospital for further treatment.
They’re understood to all be in stable conditions at the Gold Coast University Hospital.
Emergency crews were then called to Palm Beach around 5.45 am following reports two cars collided.
It happened at the intersection of the Gold Coast Highway and Eighth Avenue.
Just one person had to be taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital for treatment but they’re understood to be in a stable condition.
