Paramedics across the Gold Coast have been kept busy with eight people ending up in hospital following a series of crashes.

A woman was hit by a vehicle in Nerang around 6.15pm on Thursday before being taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.

A male driver suffered minor injuries after his vehicle rolled on Kaiser Rd in Tamborine Mountain just after 6.30pm.

A man in his 40s came off an electric bike on Beach Rd in Surfers Paradise just after 7.15pm.

He was taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition with a lower leg injury.

Two vehicles collided on Pimpama Jacobs Well Rd at Old Wharf Rd in Pimpama just after 8.30pm with a female suffering shoulder and neck injuries.

A motorcyclist suffered minor injuries after a collision with a vehicle on the Gold Coast Highway in Broadbeach around 9.10pm.

A moped rider was struck by a car on Ferry Rd in Southport around 2am on Friday before being taken to hospital in a stable condition.

In Burleigh Heads, two cars collided on Mattocks Rd at Reedy Creek Rd just before 4.30am.

A man in his 50s was taken to hospital in a stable condition with chest pain.

A man in his 30s was transported to Robina Hospital with a suspected head injury.
