Duo trapped in nasty southern Gold Coast collision

Two people have had to be rescued after their car flipped following a multi-vehicle crash in Bilinga.

Emergency Services rushed to the intersection of Lang Street and Golden Four Drive just before 10.30am, after a nasty two cars collision.

One of the vehicles was flipped on its side, with two occupants trapped inside.

Firey’s attended the scene and rescued the duo, who both luckily escaped any major injury.

The two were treated at the scene by Paramedics from both Queensland Ambulance and NSW Ambulance.

They’ve both been transported to Tweed Hospital, with non-life threatening injuries.
