The State Government’s review into Light Rail Stage Four is expected to take centre stage at tonight’s Town Hall meeting in Palm Beach.
Deputy Premier Jarrod Bleijie is hosting the talks alongside local MPs Hermann Vorster and Laura Gerber.
“This is your opportunity to raise your concerns about the proposed GC Light Rail Stage 4 extension along the Gold Coast Highway and to share your thoughts about the public transport infrastructure that best suits the needs and lifestyle of the southern Gold Coast,” the State Government said.
“The Crisafulli LNP Government is committed to ensuring the southern Gold Coast is properly consulted about future public transport options and will keep all modes and all routes on the table during this review.
“This is your opportunity to ensure we deliver a public transport system that is affordable, deliverable, and suits our unique lifestyle”.
Doors to the Palm Beach Share and Care community centre open at 6:00pm, with discussions starting at 6:30pm.
