Four people, including a child and baby, have been injured in a horror crash on the northern Gold Coast this afternoon.
Two cars are believed to have collided head-on at the intersection of Abraham and Hargraves Roads at Upper Coomera just before 2pm.
A 12-year-old girl suffered significant injuries and was treated at the scene by critical care paramedics.
She has since been rushed to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a serious condition.
An infant and two women have also been taken to hosiptal in stable conditions.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
