A woman has escaped serious injury after crashing into a Robina restaurant.
Emergency services were called to Cheltenham Drive and Robina Parkway just after 6pm on Thursday night after a Toyota Corolla careered into a building.
Initial investigations show the vehicle lost control and left the road before ending up in the back of the restaurant.
The 50-year-old female drive of the Corolla was taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
Investigations into the incident are continuing.
