Firefighters have rushed to a suspicious fire in the Gold Coast Hinterland.
A car erupted into flames in Tamborine just after 6am.
It happened along Waterford Tamborine Road opposite the Pony Club.
A Q-FES spokesperson confirm there was nobody inside the vehicle, and police were called.
Police say they are now “making further inquiries” into the incident.
Two fire crews were sent to Tamborine to douse the blaze.
