Fire crews are battling a large blaze that has broken out in a factory in Burleigh Heads.
Emergency services were called to the complex on Ramly Drive just before 6 this morning after reports of smoke and flames coming from the building.
Five QFES crews are currently on the scene, with Police and paramedics also on standby.
The blaze has since been brought under control but crews are still working to extinguish the fire.
It’s understood no one was in the building at the same of the fire.
