Singer Michael Bolton, celebrated for hits like “How Can We Be Lovers,” has disclosed he had surgery after a brain tumour diagnosis late last year.
Expressing gratitude for a successful surgery and surrounded by family support, the two-time Grammy award-winner announced a temporary hiatus from touring to concentrate on his recovery.
“Thanks to my incredible medical team, the surgery was a success. I am now recuperating at home and surrounded by the tremendous love and support of my family,” he said.

Bolton, 70, concluded the note by promising to keep fans informed of his progress, signing off with “Much love always, MB.”
Bolton has sold more than 75 million records and is best known for hits such as How Am I Supposed to Live Without You, When a Man Loves a Woman and Said I Loved You… But I Lied.
