Hold onto your Bertie Beetle showbags as Hollywood star Matt Damon was spotted at The Ekka in Brisbane yesterday, revealing that it’s now become a “family tradition.”
We’ve all heard the news that Damon is rumoured to have a pad in the Byron area and frequents the Coast and everything we have to offer, but for the second year in a row the actor and his family have headed up the M1 to check out the show.
“I love it here. This is our second year in a row coming here,” Damon told The Ekka’s socials.
The 52-year-old and his wife Luciana, along with daughters Isabella, 17, Gia, 14 and Stella, 12 were joined by close friend and Chris Hemsworth’s wife Elsa Pataky.
“It’s turned into a family tradition so thanks for having us back,” he added in his Stone and Wood hat. “Shout out to everyone at the Ekka, you guys do a great job.”
