Australian music legend John Farnham this week celebrated his 75th birthday with a low-key family dinner with wife Jill, son Rob, and daughter-in-law Melissa… and he’s looking fantastic.
Melissa, who married Rob earlier this year, posted the following to her Instagram:

This comes off the heels of a significant personal triumph for John.
Just months ago, he announced his successful battle against cancer, following a gruelling 11-hour surgery in 2022 to remove a tumour from his mouth. Describing himself as ‘the luckiest man alive’, his resilience and spirit continues to inspire.
Looking ahead, Farnham fans have another reason to rejoice. The music legend is set to release his memoir titled ‘Finding the Voice’ this November, promising an intimate reflection on his extraordinary life and career.
