Star Wars is being rebuilt for a special event on Disney+ that will see a long-standing fan theory come to life. The theory is that the character Jar Jar Binks was actually a villain in the prequel trilogy.
This will be realised in a special called “LEGO Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy” where the Star Wars Galaxy gets completely mixed up when an ordinary nerf-herder, Sig Greebling (Gaten Matarazzo from Stranger Things), unearths a powerful artifact from a hidden Jedi temple.
Sig sets out on an adventure in this topsy turvy galaxy far far away where the good guys are bad, bad guys are good, and the fate of all depends on this simple nerf-herder becoming the hero who can put all the pieces back together.
Luke Skywalker himself Mark Hamill returns as a voice as well as Ahmed Best as Jar Jar Binks.
“LEGO Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy” makes its debut on September 13th and says that “History will be Rebuilt”.
