Police are appealing for help in tracking down a man and woman following a despicable act after a crash in Carrara.
A 71-year-old man crashed his Toyota Corolla along Murev Way on Monday, November 4 at around 12.30pm after suffering a medical episode.
While he was waiting for paramedics to arrive, a man and woman approached and assaulted him.
The male suspect stole the victim’s cash, a driver’s licence, keys, and a bank card.
The male is described as slim, approximately 180cm tall, wearing black jeans and a hi-vis shirt.
The female is described as slim, around 165cm tall, with long blonde hair.
They both left the scene in a black Mazda sedan.
Police are appealing to anyone with information, motorists with dashcam vision or nearby residents who have CCTV to come forward.
