Two Police officers have been injured after being struck by a vehicle they were attempting to stop in a Gold Coast car park.
Officers heard loud revving and screeching coming from a vehicle in the car park of the Star Casino around 6pm on Tuesday night.
The driver of the Toyota Hilux was ordered to stop the vehicle, but he refused and accelerated forward, making contact with one officer.
The vehicle was then driven towards the exit of the car park, striking a second officer on the hand.
The Hilux was then seen driving on the wrong side of the road, forcing pedestrians to jump out of the way.
The vehicle was later seen heading towards Logan.
The two officers were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Police are still working to locate the driver and the vehicle.
