Police are investigating a suspicious fire that has gutted a home in Logan.
Emergency crews rushed to the property on Myles Court in Boronia Heights around 7pm on Thursday following reports of a large blaze.
Upon arrival, they found the home fully engulfed and immediately worked to douse the flames.
Thankfully no one is believed to have been inside the property at the time, but a pet dog was able to be saved.
A crime scene has been declared, with a major investigation now underway.
Detectives are looking through nearby CCTV, with witnesses claiming to have seen three masked men running from the scene.
Police are appealing for anyone else with information to come forward.
