A motorcyclist has died in a horror crash with a car on Brisbane’s southside.
Emergency services rushed to Sunnybank just after 7.40pm on Tuesday, following reports of a serious crash.
Police say initial investigations suggest a motorcycle was travelling south on Mains Road when it collided with a Mazda SUV turning right into Elva Street.
The rider, a 34-year-old Sunnybank man, died at the scene.
The driver of the Mazda, a 19-year-old Inala man, managed to escape injury.
The Forensic Crash Unit has now launched an investigation into the crash.
They’re urging witnesses, or anyone with relevant vision, to come forward.
