Check your tickets Gold Coast! One lucky Gold Coaster is walking around a millionaire and doesn’t even realise.
The person has scored more than $1.4 million in Saturday’s Gold Lotto draw.
The winning entry was purchased at Lotto Express Kiosk at The Strand in Coolangatta.
The mystery Gold Coaster’s ticket is not registered to a player card, so officials from The Lott have no way of contacting the ticketholder and must wait for them to check their ticket and come forward.
The player held one of the seven division one winning entries on Saturday 6 January 2024, with each division one winning entry taking home a $1,428,599.43 prize.
The Lott spokesperson James Eddy said he hoped the Gold Coast’s latest division one winner checked their ticket and came forward soon.
“Our elusive winner is likely oblivious to the fact they’ve won $1.4 million in the weekend’s Saturday Gold Lotto draw,” Mr Eddy says.

The winning numbers in Saturday Gold Lotto draw 4431 on 6 January 2024 were 17, 12, 36, 42, 13 and 34, while the supplementary numbers were 41 and 38.
