Charges are yet to be laid after a man was stabbed multiple times in the back on the Gold Coast.
Emergency crews were called to a unit complex along Main Beach Parade in Main Beach around 10.30pm on Saturday following reports of a stabbing.
Upon arrival, they found a 35-year-old Springwood man suffering multiple stab wounds to his back.
He was treated at the scene by paramedics before being rushed to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a critical condition.
However, Queensland Police have confirmed his injuries arent believed to be life-threatening.
A 35-year-old Shailer Park man and a 31-year-old Pacific Pines woman were also located inside the unit.
Investigations are ongoing.
