One of the final pieces of the Titans puzzle has been solved ahead of the 2024 season, with rising forward Jacob Alick committing to the club.
The 23-year-old has inked an extension which will see him remain a Titan next year.
The Papua New Guinea international had reportedly been on the radar of UK Super League club Hull FC but has opted to continue living his dream of playing rugby league on the coast.
It’s a sweet reward for the talented backrower who has played four games for the Titans from the interchange after making his NRL debut earlier this year.
He also played a starring role in his breakout season for the Burleigh Bears in the Queensland Cup, scoring 12 tries in 19 games.
Alick will return to pre-season training for the Titans fresh from representing the Kumuls in the Pacific Championships.
