A man has suffered serious injuries after his arm became trapped inside the bonnet of a truck on the northern Gold Coast.
The man, aged in his 40s, was working on the vehicle at a location along Cuthbert Drive in Yatala just before midnight when the horror accident occurred.
It’s understood the bonnet fell on his arm, trapping it for a lengthy period of time.
Emergency crews rushed to the scene and treated the man for an arm injury.
He was then taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
