Police have confirmed they are treating an early morning blaze at an industrial area in Arundel as suspicious.
Emergency crews were called to the commercial unit along Distribution Court just after 4.30am, following reports of a fire.
Upon arrival, they found a significant amount of smoke issuing from the building.
Emergency services managed to extinguish the blaze, however, it caused a significant amount of damage to the interior of the business.
An investigation into the cause of the fire is now underway, with a crime scene declared at the site.
Detectives are urging anyone with information or dashcam from the area around the time of the blaze to come forward.
