Woman found dead at northern Gold Coast home

A crime scene has been established at a northern Gold Coast home after a woman was found dead.

Emergency Services were called to the Ormeau property along Leaver Court just after 10pm last night with reports a woman was deceased.

The 68-year-old was found unresponsive and was declared deceased at the scene.

“Investigations remain ongoing,” a QPS statement reads.

“No further information is available at this time.”
