A woman has survived a frightening ordeal after being held at knifepoint during an early morning carjacking in Logan.

The 40-year-old was standing next to her silver Toyota Rav 4 in the carpark of a Park Ridge supermarket around 5.45am when she was approached by two men.

Police say the men demanded the woman’s vehicle while threatening her with a knife.

The woman handed over her keys and the men took off, with a manhunt now underway to find them.

She was not physically injured in the incident.

Police are searching for the stolen 2006 silver Toyota Rav 4 with Queensland registration 363WKK.

Anyone who has seen the vehicle or has further information is urged to contact police.
