A teenage girl has been hospitalised following an alleged assault on the Gold Coast overnight.
It happened at a location along Davenport Street around 8.45pm.
The teen suffered head injuries in the alleged attack and was treated at the scene by paramedics.
She was then taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
Queensland Police have been contacted but could provide no further details about the incident at this stage.
