A man has been found injured in mysterious circumstances in Surfers Paradise.
Police were called to Hanlan St at around 6am on Thursday morning.
The man was located with a head injury.
He was taken to hospital for treatment but his condition is unknown.
Police are still trying to work out how the man was injured and whether it was the result of an assault.
Investigations are continuing.
