There’s some drama for motorists on their morning commute, with traffic on the M1 at a standstill.
Southbound traffic is moving at a crawl, due to a single-vehicle crash around 8am this morning.
Traffic is slow all the way from Gaven right back past Pimpama currently.

A person has been injured in the crash, with Paramedics transporting them to Gold Coast University Hospital
The motorists is thankfully in a stable condition.
