Police have confirmed they’re investigating a nasty crash on the Gold Coast this morning, that’s left one man in hospital.
A Nissan Pathfinder was travelling along Nightjar Drive at Upper Coomera around 5.15am, when it lost control and ploughed into a tree.
The driver of the vehicle, a 36-year-old man, was treated at the scene by paramedics for abdominal pains.
He was then taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
Investigations into the circumstances surrounding the crash are ongoing.
