Two children have been rescued in separate incidents after being pulled from pools on the Gold Coast this morning.

Emergency Services rushed to Surfers Paradise around 9.30am after a young girl was rescued from a resort pool.

Bystanders performed CPR on the girl before paramedics arrived at the Ferny Avenue holiday apartment.

The primary-school-aged youngster has been taken to Gold Coast Uni Hospital, thankfully in a stable condition.

It was the second near-drowning this morning alone after an infant was pulled from a pool at a home in Oxenford.

The toddler, whose gender is unknown, was rescued by bystanders at the private residence.

CPR was performed on the child before emergency services arrived, and the child has been hospitalised thankfully in a stable condition.
