Motorists are being warned of major delays on the southern Gold Coast following a serious M1 crash.
Three cars and a truck have collided southbound in Tweed Heads.
Traffic is at a standstill back to Tugun, and heavily congested back to Reedy Creek.
Surrounding roads, as well as M1 on-ramps, are heavily congested as well.
Two people are being assessed at the scene for injuries by NSW paramedics.
