A popular snack sold in Coles nationwide has been urgently recalled due to incorrect allergen information.
The Calbee Harvest Snaps Vegemite 200g bag does not have gluten declared on the nutrition information panel.
The food safety watchdog is urging anyone with a gluten allergy or intolerance to not consume the product.
The recall impacts products with an expiry date of August 28, 2023 and August 29, 2023.
“Any consumers who have a gluten allergy or intolerance may have a reaction if the product is consumed,” Food Standards Australia says.
“Consumers should return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.”
