Police are continuing to seek urgent public help to locate a 61-year-old woman missing from Elanora deemed by Police to be at “high risk”.

They are also appealing to track down a 30-year-old man (pictured) who may be able to assist with inquiries.

The appeal follows an incident at a home in Ironbark St around 3.40pm on Tuesday afternoon.

Emergency services were initially called to a reported fire at the home.

A large amount of blood was also found at the property with Police establishing a crime scene.

The man is described as Caucasian, 180cm tall, with brown hair and a slim build.

He is believed to be driving a blue Honda Jazz with Queensland registration 952AT4.

Police have urged the man, the woman or anyone or anyone with information regarding their location to contact police urgently and not to approach the man.
