Police are hunting a number of wannabe thieves following a foiled attempted break-in at a tobacco shop on the Gold Coast.
An unknown number of offenders tried to break into the shop along Dreamworld Parkway in Coomera around 11.30pm last night.
A Queensland Police spokesperson told myGC they were disturbed before they even managed to get inside and fled the scene.
They remain at large this morning, with a search underway to track them down.
Investigations are ongoing.
