After months of preparation and meticulous arranging of festive lights and sparkling North Pole characters, the city’s merriest homes and streets are now vying for votes in the 2022 Gold Coast Christmas Lights Competition.
The annual competition brought to you by 1029 Hot Tomato, the Gold Coast Bulletin and Seven News Gold Coast, invites the community to take a virtual tour of the nominated light displays and vote for their favourite.
This year, there are more than 30 entrants in the running, many of which have returned bigger and better.
The winning display will be awarded a family staycation at Sea World Resort including Village Roadshow Locals One Passes, family passes to the Australian Outback Spectacular, plus family tickets to White Christmas at Movie World.
All entrants will also be included in an online interactive map – a guide to the best displays on the Gold Coast.
Winners will be announced after voting closes on December 15.
