A man has been killed in a horrific dog attack in Logan.
The 42-year-old Marsden man was found lying unconscious in the front yard of a property on Ison Road just before 11am on Saturday.
It’s understood the man was an Energex contractor, conducting a meter read on the property at the time.
He suffered critical injuries and sadly died at the scene.
Police located three dogs inside the yard which were subsequently handed over to Council animal control officers.
A crime scene has been declared and detectives and scientific/scenes of crime officers are conducting investigations.
Investigations into the circumstances surrounding the incident continue.
Police say Work Safe Austalia has been notified.
