Paramedics have again been kept on their feet, as Schoolies hit the streets of Surfers Paradise for Day Three of official celebrations.

A total of 70 teens were assessed within the dedicated Schoolies medical hub overnight.

Of those, just three needed to be taken to hospital for further treatment.

Police say ‘Toolies’ continue to be more of a problem than Schoolies at this year’s event.

Another 31 people have been arrested in the Surfers Paradise Safe Night Precinct on 45 charges in the past 24 hours.

Just nine of those were school leavers, with three busted possessing dangerous drugs.

“If you are misbehaving, you’re picking a very, very bad time to do so,” Acting Chief Superintendent Rhys Wildman said.
