Motorists are being warned of some lengthy delays southbound on the M1 this afternoon following a nasty pile-up.
Two cars and a truck collided around 2pm just before the Smith Street Exit 66, with delays currently back to Upper Coomera.
A woman in her late teens has suffered a minor head injury and has been transported to Gold Coast Uni Hospital in a stable condition.
A second woman in her 20s has sustained neck pain and has also been hospitalised.
Traffic in the immediate area is at a standstill.
