Emergency crews are currently on the scene of a house fire in Upper Coomera.
The blaze erupted at a property along Matt Court around 11.30am on Tuesday.
A Queensland Fire and Emergency Service spokesperson told myGC the blaze is believed to have started in the ceiling.
Two people aged in their 50s were assessed at the scene by paramedics.
Both declined further treatment or transport to hospital.
The cause of the blaze is unknown.
