LATEST @ 7.30AM | Motorists are facing more delays on the M1 this morning after a big accident at Upper Coomera.
The accident happened in the northbound lanes between Exits 54 and 49 around 5.40am with two vehicles rolling.
Witnesses report construction material have come off the back of a trailer involved in the smash, with the trailer ending up on top of another vehicle.
Paramedics assessed three patients including a male in his 30s with back pain and a male in his 40s with chest pain.
All three were taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
The accident has since been cleared.
However, delays for northbound traffic stretch back to Smith St.
