A woman has been caught drink-driving after a nasty car crash in Burleigh Heads.
The incident happened along Lower Gold Coast Highway just before 6pm on Saturday night.
The smash was caused when one of the drivers pulled out onto the road from a side street.
The collision also damaged a parked vehicle.
Police took the woman back to the station where she blew over the limit.
She’s been given notice to appear in court at a later date.
A Police Spokesperson said there were no major injuries in the smash.
